- ORGANIZER: El V Gran Premio Internacional MADRID MARCHA, ´Cita de Campeones´, is one of the meeting series of the World Athletics Race Walking Tour and the official calendar of the Royal Spanish Athletics Federation.

The competition will be held on a homologated 1km urban loop on Madrid’s Gran Vía street, between Plaza de Callao and Montera street, near Gran Vía metro station. The start and finish lines will be located near Plaza de Callao. - PROVISIONAL SCHEDULE

10km SENIOR, World Race Walking Tour:
thletes interested in participating in the V GPI MADRID MARCHA must submit a registration request via email toinfo@madridmarcha.comfor evaluation by the organizing committee. Participation is by strict invitation to ensure the highest level of competition, as the event aims to establish itself as the global reference race. To guarantee a fair and clean judgement, the maximum number of participants per race will be 80 athletes (40 men and 40 women).
5KM SENIOR OPEN:

A single category will be established for medal purposes.
A valid federation license and corresponding fee payment are required for registration.
Age group Categories U12-U20:
Registrations for age group categories are available for athletes born between 2016 and 2007, and must be made through the following link:

A valid federation license and corresponding fee payment are required for registration. - TRAVEL & ACCOMMODATION SUPPORT: Participation in the 10km SENIOR race (national and international athletes) will be by invitation. The organization will inform athletes who submit a request about the availability of travel and/or accommodation support.
- AWARDS
A commemorative medal for the V Gran Premio Internacional MADRID MARCHA will be awarded to the top three finishers in each category, from U12 to senior, for both men and women. - PRIZE MONEY – 10KM SENIOR CATEGORY (MEN & WOMEN)
The V Gran Premio Internacional MADRID MARCHA will distribute €22,600 in prize money, allocated as follows (men and women):
1º: 3.500 € 6º: 700 €
2º: 2.000 € 7º: 600 €
3º: 1.500 € 8º: 500 €
4º: 1.000 € 9º: 400 €
5º: 800 € 10º: 300 €
Prize money is subject to tax deductions in accordance with Spanish tax regulations. - LEGAL FRAMEWORK: Any matters not explicitly covered in these regulations will be resolved in accordance with the current regulations of the Royal Spanish Athletics Federation and World Athletics.
